Terms of Service

1. Service Description

AI Trading Terminal is an AI-enabled software tool that connects with supported brokerage software and assists with market analysis, scanners, backtesting, workflows, and natural-language trading commands. Features may change as the service develops.

2. Trading Risk and User Responsibility

• The service is a software and informational tool only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
• Trading decisions remain solely your responsibility. You must review and approve commands, orders, calculations, and AI-generated output before relying on or executing them.
• AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Past performance and backtests do not guarantee future results.
• You should test the service in a paper-trading or simulated environment before using it with a live brokerage account.
• We are independent from and not endorsed by Interactive Brokers or any other brokerage firm.

3. Accounts and Acceptable Use

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You may not misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, resell, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.

Abuse of the AI command system, including excessive API calls, automated bots, credential sharing, scraping, or attempts to bypass usage limits, may result in immediate restriction or termination without refund where permitted by law. LLM token usage and request patterns may be monitored for security and fair-use enforcement.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Prices, billing intervals, taxes, and renewal terms are displayed before checkout.
• Recurring subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise.
• Paddle acts as merchant of record for purchases processed through Paddle. Paddle may provide checkout, billing, tax, invoice, cancellation, and refund services under its own buyer terms.
• One-time access passes expire at the end of the access period shown at checkout and do not automatically renew.

5. Promotional Offer Terms

• Offers are valid only for eligible new subscribers unless stated otherwise.
• The 50% launch discount applies to the first three billing cycles: months 1, 2, and 3.
• After the promotional period, the regular subscription price of $9.99 per month applies unless a different price is displayed at checkout.
• Coupons cannot be combined with another offer or discount.
• A coupon may be limited to one redemption per person, account, household, payment method, or other reasonable fraud-control identifier.
• We may withdraw, cancel, or modify an offer at any time before purchase. Changes do not retroactively alter a completed purchase except where required by law.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may refuse service, suspend access, or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, unlawful conduct, fraud, security threats, payment abuse, or conduct that materially harms the service or other users. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

7. Availability and Intellectual Property

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. The service, branding, interfaces, documentation, and proprietary software are owned by or licensed to us. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your authorized access period.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of profitability, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, brokerage actions, market movements, third-party outages, AI errors, or indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes and Contact
