Refund Policy

1. Initial Purchase Refunds

You may request a refund of your first subscription payment or first fixed-term pass purchase within 14 calendar days of the transaction. We may consider account usage, downloaded or consumed digital services, fraud indicators, and applicable consumer law when reviewing the request.

2. Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time to prevent future renewals, and access ordinarily continues until the end of the paid billing period. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but requests made within seven calendar days of renewal may be reviewed where there has been little or no use after renewal.

3. Fixed-Term Passes

A fixed-term pass is a one-time purchase and does not renew. Remaining time is not refundable on a prorated basis after the applicable refund period, except where required by law or where the service was not delivered.

4. When Refunds May Be Approved

• Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges.
• Failure to deliver purchased access due to a verified technical issue.
• An unauthorized transaction supported by reasonable evidence.
• Cases where applicable consumer law requires a refund.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

• Trading losses, missed opportunities, or dissatisfaction with market outcomes.
• Failure to cancel before a renewal date.
• Partial use of a billing period or fixed-term pass.
• Suspension or termination for fraud, chargeback abuse, account sharing, automated abuse, or material violation of our Terms.
• Promotional price differences after a completed purchase.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email contact@rasuquant.com with the account email, transaction date, order or transaction ID, and a short explanation. Please identify whether the payment was completed through Razorpay or PayPal so we can locate the transaction.

7. Processing and Consumer Rights

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Razorpay or PayPal, the payment method, and your financial institution. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or consumer-protection right that applies in your country.
