Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how AI Trading Terminal, operated by RasuQuant, collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website and software.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information such as your email address, verification status, subscription status, and securely hashed password.
- Purchase and entitlement information such as transaction, subscription, plan, discount, and access-expiry identifiers.
- Service data such as commands, prompts, feature usage, technical logs, error reports, IP address, browser or device information, and fair-use metrics.
- Communications you send to us, including support and refund requests.
Payment card and wallet details are collected and processed by our payment provider, such as Paddle. We do not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.
- Authenticate users and manage paid access.
- Process purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds.
- Generate AI-assisted responses and operate requested trading-tool features.
- Detect fraud, abuse, excessive usage, security incidents, and attempts to bypass service limits.
- Communicate service, account, legal, and support information.
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
3. Service Providers and Sharing
We may share information with vendors that provide payment processing, merchant-of-record services, hosting, databases, email, security, analytics, customer support, and AI model services. These providers may process data only as necessary to provide their services or comply with law.
Paddle processes checkout and buyer information under its own privacy notice. We may also disclose information to authorities when legally required, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information for money.
4. AI and Trading Data
Commands or prompts submitted to AI features may be sent to third-party model providers to generate responses. Do not include passwords, brokerage credentials, payment details, or other unnecessary sensitive information in prompts. Brokerage software and APIs may independently process trading and account information under their own terms.
5. Cookies and Local Storage
We may use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, checkout functionality, and basic service analytics. Browser settings may allow you to remove or block these technologies, but doing so may prevent parts of the service from working.
6. Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain transaction and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. International Processing
Our providers and users may be located in different countries. Information may therefore be processed outside your country, subject to applicable safeguards and local law.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, or request a portable copy. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Some records must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, or transaction purposes.
9. Children
The service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
